  Upon entering the business, it was chaotic, slow, and disorganized. Seemed to be run by people stoned out of their minds. When one of the instructors gave a demonstration on the snowmobile, I could barely hear or see him due to the huge crowd gathered around him. No megaphone or microphone used, no way to see above the crowd. He then called me out in front of the entire group to quiz me on the “stop” signal the guides would be using. Super unprofessional, treating me as if I was a student in high school. Of course I did not know how to start the snowmobile after the “demonstration,” so I was made to feel like a complete idiot. “Did you listen to anything he said?! Where is your brake?!,” said one of the guides. Very harsh, cruel tone of voice. I knew where the brake was and everything else. I simply did not know how to start the machine. On the trail, one of the guides used a signal other than the “stop” signal, then yelled at me for not stopping. “You are to follow only my skis! You are to follow no one else but me!” Well if you had used the signal I was taught I would know to stop. Horrible, horrible customer service and I will never return. The guides seem to discriminate against non-locals or those not accustomed to snow sports. The only plus was the breathtaking views. I wanted a nice relaxing ride and instead felt like I was in boot camp, being yelled at, reprimanded, and belittled. I recommend spending your money on another company. For as much money as it costs, customers deserve to be treated with respect and dignity.
